Im hoping to get back on the LT this comming week as my medication had reached it full dose on the 19th Dec..
From comming off the LT in November i have gained about 10lb - a stone
did refeed wrong i think and wont deny i ddnt eat sensibly... If i get back on LT with chemist i hope to have 3st off by march 20th
