I was just reading a few posts and i thought I'd mention the following....
A lot of us on here, have had problems with the chemists telling us the wrong losses/weights due to conversions from either pounds to kilos or kilos to stones, which ever the problem doesn't help you much when each loss helps you through The following week....
My chemists scales weigh in kilos, so what ever they tell me I've lost in lbs I ignore.... I get home and use an app to keep all my losses and stuff in, it even gives me a fancy graph and statistics lol I also have another app that checks my conversions... I use that conversion for my stones and pounds....
Hope this helps someone or anyone lol
I know it confused me and others when I was on LT last year xx
