well today started off as a red day but i just dont know what to have for dinner, i usually do extra easy and have been doing so well,
so far i have a bacon and egg sarni using little bread for breakfast and lunch i have had a ham and egg salad with a bread roll but just dont know what to do for dinner as i have used both b choices all ready, i have had an a choice of cheese and some syns
anyone got any ideas

I only do EE so am not up with what you can have on Red days but I saw something last night that I have to try...

...Mushroom omelette covered in chilli, it looked amazing ;) Maybe something like that.

Spicy Chicken, peppers, onions, corgettes fried and then covered in a fajita spice, salad + Mayo. Could also have cheese as another hex a and a tortilla for some syns?
