I have a metallic taste in my mouth, is it normal!?! X

yes, a side effect of ketosis can be a metallic taste in the mouth, some suffer more than others with this. I didnt suffer at all with any side effects but hopefully someone who has had the metallic taste can give you some tips on covering up or getting rid of the taste....

Hi there, yes I have it too and a very rough tongue. I have bought toothpaste to work. And also I think water helps. good luck, it will be only temporary IMO
