Brunch = potato, bacon, mushroom and onion frittata, baked beans, coffee (heA)

Snack = apple

Dinner = Beef goulash and tagliatelli with cabbage from mag

Supper = nothin as to tired

Syns = star bar 13.5
not to bad a day i think, the only down side was i never had my he B as that was planned for supper but was not hungry only tired :)

Breakfast = morrisons sausage and bacon sandwhich, ( old packet of sausages )

Lunch = chicken cake and salad, light mayo (2syns) grapes.

Snacks = slices of cold meat and chunks of cheese He A

Dinner = burger with wholemeal roll and sw chips

syns walkers baked 4.5 syns
