well all its day one.
i,m starving!!!
i had 2 weetabix and skimmed milk for brekkie,
tub of salad with some chicken and a fat free yoghurt for lunch.
just had weightwatchers shepherds pie meal and a ww desert.
also had a banana early today as a snack and drunk some squash and 2 cups of tea.
But , is this enough? dont want to go into starvation mode or feel ill and give up..
any advise?

that sounds pretty good 2 me!! if ur still hungry try filling up on fruit and water!

yes my fitness pal will work out what is a sensible amount of cals you should have....
but make sure you are still getting enough water....
maybe stick another piece of fruit in there... if you are really hungry

Drink water and with your evening meal stock up on veggies! With fruit through the day you will fine. And i wish you all the best with your weightloss x

I,M GOING TO try that myfitnesspal site.
day 2 complete.

Im having a WW pizza tonight along with salad. And i got a lovely caramel WW pudding for after. Those deserts are a god send x

well guys its day 4 and i,m going strong wohoo!!!
no side effects and feeling ok.. actually for a diet i,m FAB!!!
Watching my fat content and the calouries. have to try and drink more though.
next week i step up the excercise on the wii fit...cannot wait to weigh in sunday..watch this space
