Morning Michelle, just goes to prove you can eat on atkins, just not the carbs. :)
 
Tuesdays Food:

Brunch: 2 egg prawn omelette
Afternoon: 4 small slices of ham and 1 small thin slice of chorizo
Dinner::3 pork medallions, home made mustard sauce, cabbage, green beans

Made prawn on puree for OH, and had a spoonful of that!! Yum!
Made using my own blend of curry paste, 1 tsp of tomato puree, 1 stock cube, onions, double cream, prawns.

Oh, and no puree, no lettuce.

Wednesday

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: 2 fried eggs, 3 rashers of bacon
No dinner, had really bad headache

Snacks: 2 slices of ham, small slice of chorizo, 2 olives, couple of florets of cauliflower .

No coffee, 1 cup of rooibos, 2 ltrs water.
 
Not eating enough?

Hi Slaj, thanks for your comment, I think you could be right, but does not eating enough slow weight loss down?
 
And you need more green leaf veggies in there Michelle love,
