are baked apples done in the microwave syn free?????

I think that you have to syn them, just like when you bake them.

I looked on the Slimming Eats website where BritMum usually posts her food recipes an in one of them she needed to make the apples into a sauce and she counted 1 apple (pink lady) as 2 syns.
