Hi I'm just wondering if anyone can answer my question, I started taking alli tablets today and know all about the fat intake etc.
My question is does the tablet only work when digesting that meal I.e I had my dinner and was well within the fat content but if I was to eat something later in the day would it still help get rid of some of that fat too? I hope that made sense!

I'm sorry I'm not really too sure but didn't want to read & run. I'm guessing it's still in your system so is likely to work as they say it stays in your system for 72 hours so even if you've not taken that day but eat something outside the rules it will work so my guess (which is all it is I'm afraid) is yea it will work x
