mild curry noddles

ive just read on a thread here that batchalers super noodles mild curry are just 3 and a half syns could some one please please check that as i was very suprised as there high in cal and fat
 
my consultant led us to believe they were syn free on a green day, but since then i found out that there are also low fat super noodles too.
 
thanks crazy .. so the low fat ones are free .....?? but i want to still know about the other ones ..maybe some one will come along
 
i can eat 3 maybe 4 packets of supernoodles a week, there are easy to prepare on meal breaks at work, always had a loss on WI.

All the low fat super noodles are free on green days. As well as the 98% fat free super noodles.

looks like ill have to be more careful on which super noodles i tuck into, my fav are chicken, bbq beef, and sweet and sour. yum.

ahhhhh 100 grms of cooked product ! well now i undersatnd i was thinking 3.5 syns for the whole pack which i thought was fantastic lol
