Milk

Cow's milk is fairly high in carbs, some people use a little double cream in drinks (but remember only 2-3 tbsp a day, AND it can stall some people so bear that in mind). I use unsweetened soya milk which is much lower carb. It takes a couple of days to get used to but I love it now. It's handy for using in soups and sauces too. I also have soya yoghurt which is much lower in carbs than cow's, but I don't know where this stands in official induction - I tend to make my own rules :eek: x
