Induction Milk?

I guys, I am very new to this, I have reached that point where enough is enough I have to start this now!
I am a bit confused about milk. Am I allowed milk with my decaf tea?
I love my tea with no sugars but not a fan of black tea.

Hi Vicki

You can use cream, which is what I do and you can water it down so it's similar to milk or use unsweetened soya milk. It's not the end of the world if you do have milk from time to time, when I'm out and have a cup of tea i just use a small amount of milk and it hasn't effected me. I wouldn't recommend using milk unless you have no other choice though. x
