GUTTED!!
Bought a mily way yesterday as it was only 4.5 syns, then when i was in assda today i was looking for a multipack to keep in my drawer at work, couldn't find any so bought ASDA own whirly bars which are basically milky way.
Can only find whirly bites on the syn calculator but i'm guessing I go buy the 1 syn per 20kcals rule? In that case its 6 syns! not sure I can justify that!
