Mince?

Does anyone know of a particular shop that does lean lamb mince ans lean beef mince that is FREE? X

No lean beef mince is syn free - only extra lean and you can get that at all the big supermarkets. I think asda and tesco do lean lamb mince but again that would need to be synned. or you can get a butcher to mince some lean meat after removing all visible fat. There are lots of threads on this so well worth a search as well.
