Both 5 on all days. (I checked on SW online but there is 103 calories a pot making it 5 syns)

I make sw rice pudding then mix in a mullerlight. Close enough to mullerice for me.
1 part pudding rice
3 parts water
Bring to boil & simmer with lid on until cooked. Leave to cool then mix in mullerlight.
