Following my weigh in yesterday, i was starving so fancied something quick but filling so i made the below and they were so yummy yummy, even my boyfriend liked them which is strange lol :)

Cut Pitta Breads in half and place them on a baking tray.

Fry some mince, onion, mushrooms and season etc then add one time of chopped tomotoes. Cook until the juiceshave gone.

Pile the filling on the pitta bread, sprinkle on light cheese and put them in the oven.

Ta-da there is my quick yummy filling meal. xx
