I'm not sure but I've been walking & doing Zumba when I can. I also have a power plate - never really used it but I've used it twice now & I will again 2nite. I'm following a beginners workout I found on their website - it's great, I'm not even breaking a sweat but the next day I'm so sore like I'd been toning with weights for an hour! but I'm going to progress on to the cardio workouts & by looking at them they'll be challenging
