Minimins newbie needs red day ideas!

Hi all, just joined minimins today. Been back on SW for 4 weeks and lost 22lb to date. Does anyone know of any red day tins I can by from supermarket, I used to get things like meatballs and stewed steak which were free but I've just checked on Syns Online and they are around 11 syns per tin now!! Any ideas would be gratefully received, thanks!!!

Tescos tinned stewing steak is free hun...its in a red tin and really very nice!
Asda frozen beef in gravy is another good free one. Also Sainsbury's frozen lamb shank in rosemary and mint gravy...its free too.
Not sure of anything else, as I just buy meat and cook rather than use the tinned stuff.

Not too sure about tins, but what about cooked prawns, cooked salmon, tuna steaks etc - all free on a red day and pretty portable, if that's what you are thinking about...
