Thank you for being here!
You can't believe how helpful I have found your forums.
I no longer feel like I am dieting alone. It is wonderful to be able to share hints, tips, tragedies (few ;-) ) and successes (many!) with people gong through the same as me.
I really don't think I would have stuck to my diet without you!
So a big THANK YOU to you and all who post here!

I will third that! I find i can say things on here that i couldnt say at a class, ive packed up my class n doin it alone as i feel i have lots of support from this group
