Totally forgot to weigh in this weekend because I've been so busy with work, but I had an injury on Monday evening and I'm now on crutches for at least 6 weeks, so I've no flippin idea how I'm going to weigh myself!

Sorry to hear that you have acquired an injury. I use a walking stick and that is awkward enough at time. I am constantly dropping it. As the handle can attest to with the varnish being chip. So goodness knows what it must be like with cumbersome crutches. I would like to wish you a speedy recovery. Don't worry about weighing in if this is too difficult at present. Just stay on plan and your clothes will attest to your progress.

congratulations great progress this week keep up the good work.
 
Morning all and apologies for not being around. I really seem to have started this challenge and then just walked away. I didnt realize I have been MIA for over 2 weeks.
Well done to all those who have lost and hello to those of you i don't know. My 2 weeks have seen a small increase but I'm not recording it as determined to have a loss
next Friday to report. I've renewed my membership of the swimming pool, restrictions have lifted and the pool is now open by appointment only. I am happy with that as it limits the numbers going and the fact that I have made an appointment encourages me no to change my mind, or overdo it the night before. Plan is 4 lunchtime swims a week and I already feel better for the 2 done this week.

Aw glad to see the south opening back up! Pre baby I was in the south 2/3 days a week so to have only been once since I returned to work has been strange!! 20 euro in my purse since feb 😂
 
Of course you can small steps, I've copied the list and added you in. The second figure is your target for this challenge which actually is the end of this month (we will start a new one then) . And the first figure is what you have lost so far in this challenge. So as you can see my goal in this challenge was to lose 7.6kg and I have managed a miserable half a kilo so far😤. I can see how strange it must be not to have your white cane to be your eyes for you. No wonder you feel out of sorts. I know when we are not well it is hard to see there is light at the end of the tunnel and it is only for short while. My hubby had to keep my spirits up when i had a big ulcer on my leg and couldn't move about. Need help getting in and out of bed etc. At times i was like a bear with a sore head and i felt there was no end in sight. But hubby got me past the finish line so to speak. I am now all healed and more like back to my old self.
 
Happy to report I have lost 2lb this week. This means i have lost the weight i put on during my holiday and another 1lb So happy to be back on track.

1lb off for me this week. 6.25 left for the summer challenge. Next Saturday is my birthday so it will put a glitch in my target no doubt. I plan on salad for the week to help stave off any big gain. It's life and we have to learn to deal with the celebrations as they come along

It’s just frustrating having to work back through and fix your updates. No one said you wanted to knock anyone’s losses I simply pointed out that you hadnt copied the most recent and just missed some people off as there were a few updates not included x
