Minimizing damage from binges.

    I had a proper binge today. :break_diet: How can I lessen the damage before my Thursday weigh in?

    Such an idiot!

    Work it out with some exercise?

    i tend to do a 20 min treadmill workout if i've had a binge.

    Slowly cutting out refined sugar and cooking more from scratch
    Just jump straight back on plan, perhaps less syns till Thursday and drink water? One day binge can often be minimised if you stick to plan afterwards :D Good luck Thursday will be thinking of you. Don't beat yourself up about it. We all do it. I sat and ate 3 packets of crisps one after the other on Saturday, didn't need them but once I had one packet it lead to more

    That was my downfall! Stupid crisps, it's all their fault....
