My water intake is just woeful at the minute. Maybe three small glasses. Coffee is my main liquid intake

I'm the same although I do drink lemon water at some stage in the morning but then its coffee. I do try to have a slash of blackcurrant juice in a glass of water at mealtimes but I don't think that counts

Happy Friday all. I have lost a pound this week. It was hard earned but at least it is a loss. Was showing a gain after the weekend so weighing in on a Friday gives me a good run at being good. I am more relaxed about everything at the weekend unfortunately.

I am delighted to report 4.4lbs off this week! It was a tough week with a binge while trying to deal with the sudden death of an old friend. I'm happy to have clung it back and been able to get a good first loss. Takes me to 16st exactly. I cannot wait to wake up this week and see the 15s for the first time since last August!
