Mino's weekly weigh ins.

Had my weekly weigh in and I'm down 18lbs. Pretty good, but it's not really weight I care about. How long with it be before I loose a inch or two off my waist? Because it hasn't really changed yet.

Lost 5 pounds in the weigh in today. My jeans are fitting much better which is what I'm most happy with. Hopefully I can keep that up, or better.

Another 5 lbs lost this week. I did a lot more exercise so I'm surprised at the lack of change from last time.
