As the title shows i've had a bit of hell trying to loose this final stone, things just keep getting in the way (deaths, illness, friends having babies ect) but now I am going to loose is it! You may be saying "why" or "well its only a stone that will go quick" but infact this pesky stone is now a stone and a half after an ankle injury had me layed up and imobile for a good few weeks so lets get ride of those 19lbs by doing slimming world. I was previously a stone heavier and managed to loose a stone and a half using the slimming world diet so i know it works for me. I will mostly be on green days as i find it hard to digest meat I am also going to be having dairy alternatives as i can not have a lot of dairy. I mostly sdrink herbal tea and sparkling water so i know i don't have to change my drinking habits.

I started the diet on 24th May 2010 and in the first week I have lost 5lbs excellent!

Are you still doing slimming world? I lost just over a stone last year then I stopped going but kept to a healthy diet I know how you feel loosing the last stone is so hard I'd like to loose ten pounds now but I'm finding it very hard I've been sticking to slimming world and excersing for three months now and I have lost 2 pounds very slow!!!! And now I have been ten stone for over three weeks I can't seem to shift it I was just interested to know if you managed to?
 
Hi sorry i've not replied but I didn't realise I had any comments. In short no I didn't loose the last stone unfortunatly I tore two ligaments whilst exercising and couldn't walk for a long time, my weight is now at 10st 10lbs :cry: BUT I started the Slimmm diet at weekend and i'm hoping to shift a good 7lbs in the first week.
