I've been naughty too. After the disappointing weight loss last week (0.5lb ?!?!?!) I was determined to really try this week but I've had a really hectic and stressful week and its all gone to pot. The combination of holiday weekend and therefore no weigh in on Monday is a recipe for disaster ....
Having a crap time at moment. Looking after sick pets (you ever tried to syringe feed a poorly chinchilla ?) and one thing and another, my heart is not in dieting.!
I havent been near the scales or counted a WW point! eek.!!
On the one small positive side, I have been out and bought some Nike + trainers and now just waiting for my Ipod sports thingie to turn out so hoping to get a bit of exercise outdoors.
My cross trainer is sadly just gathering dust at moment as bored with it. :sigh:
So hoping a bit of walking/jogging might liven me up.
Had a test run tonight...ok was more like a walk and a bit of a run but suprised myself that managed to go round the block without collapsing.!! . Had to ''avoid'' one of my neighbours though as didnt want him to see me making a fool of myself.!! LOL LOL

Sorry not been around for a while been busy getting ready for going back to college next year and away in Gt Yarmouth this week ( probably eating one too many bags of chips lol ) but back to it tomorrow and thats the main thing
