Missing WI

and what to do I'm not able to go this week, but got it booked as a holiday, due to hairdressers appointment made before I started SW that I couldn't change. Should I weigh myself on the Wii to see how I've done or just leave it until WI the week after?

Given the reported horrible inaccuracies that the wii board can create, if you can hold off till next official weigh in you will get a more accurate idea of how you are going along.

Am I right in thinking you attend SW group as opposed to weighing at home? If so, would it be possible to weigh in at another group?

If not, then the suggestion by MLM would probably be the best option.

Hi, I do go to group but in a morning. The other ones near are at night, so I'm thinking I'd weigh more-lol
