This might sound a dim question but can you mix your healthy extras?
I remember when attending classes, I was told I had to have my whole allowance of e.g 6 light laughing cow triangles, but could I go for 3 and 27g of cheese or a nimble slice of bread and 1 alpen light bar as a healthy extra b?
Anyone have any ideas on this
    ?

I always mix mine! I never use all the milk allowed so I kinda weigh it up with cheese in a meal if want?
