Hello,
I'm new here. I was just wondering if anyone had much luck losing weight following Mix 2 Match. I am starting it this week as I think I'll find it much easier to stick to than Green and Red days. I always have cereal for breakfast, but then find it hard to think of lunches for Red days. Has anyone tried it and found it effective or otherwise?
Also, can I mix Green days and Red days in with Mix 2 Match (i.e can I have 5 days a week Mix 2 Match and 2 days Green in one week?) or do I need to have all days Mixed?
I assume I can still have 2 HEA and 2 HEBs? I find it a bit confusing!
Any advice would be GREAT.
