The recipe is from this months mag and i just wanna say,.. it was lush!

For any of you stuck for lunch ideas and with access to a microwave, or even a slow cooker recipe idea.. it waas lush. I replaced the carrots with parsnips which i roasted in oven before hand because i'd ran out of carrots (but will continue to maybe do half and half from now on as it was yum) and i also added morrisons eat smart pork sausages to beef it out a bit, .. i had some last night, and then finished it off for lunch at work this afternoon, and have to say leaving it over night was bloody fab.

also, i did it in one casserole dish instead of seperate dishes, and only seasoned with black pepper, no mixed herbs.


just wanted to share, its worth a go and no where near as much hard work as it looks on the pic lol! x
 
Good - I'm having this Sunday - my Mum chose it from my collection of recipes to try so buying in ingredients tomorrow....

Thanks Fern, it does look yummy and is on my list of recipes to try.
There's so nice bits in the mag this month, I made the Lamb Tagine which was very very nice and I'd make that again too.
