as a mousse mix with 60ml water
calories as stated on bag 368 per 100gm not to sure what individual sachets weigh

you can mix the shakes with more water though. I always split mine into two and mix each half sachet with 1 pint of water (add some hot water to feel warm!). It really really helps with the water intake and the shakes taste more diluted and less salty.

I mix mine 1 sachet + 1 pint. I'm a bit scared of splitting them incase I don't feel 'full' - does it really work?

I used to mix my shakes with loads more water and blended with ice..makes it much more therefore more filling and counts as ur water intake for the day xxx

I mix mine with 400mls of water but I also have a flapjack so the extra compensates for that. Try adding more till you come to a consistency you like.
