I hate the fact I can't stop daily weighing![]()
Well I have discovered the iPad!
And in doing so have discovered the non app version of mfp! Which I guess is similar to mins but more specifically focused on cc and exercise!
It's quite interesting!

Well I managed to haul my arse to the gym! Wahoo go me for Easter Sunday!
I'm gonna stick with the 5:2 for another few weeks - I've only had one official wi with it and I need to see if it'll work bc it does fit my lifestyle a lot more!
But I've decided even if t just produces inch loss (which so far has been promising) I'd also be very happy!
So here's to another week two more fasts and then wi! Xx

Another update!
I have started taking xen again as from today to see if that will also help mex
Well u have to be honest I feel a bit of a failure!
I did cave and eat some chocolate so have ended my day on 580 cals rather than the planned 500!
It could be worse but could have been much better!!
Well I'm ready to give it another go tomorrow and hope for a better wi thur after nooooooo wdpr!! Lol xx
