Sat here with my bowl of fruit. Really want thick bread butter and marmite. :( going for lunch with sister. Managed to persuade her to subway! Omg I wanna cheat but I'm so happy I don't wanna ruin my scales! X

No you don't !! You want this great feeling after another good loss next week xx
 
No and I've done well :)

B - melon strawberries grapes and muller light

L - subway salad and ham and turkey ham mayo 2syns and a bag of new baked crisp that were 5syns

D - chicken Shish salad no pitta and mayo 8syns

(The others are having pizza and fried chicken mmmmmmm but I'm being good!) xxx
 
Well after my naughty treat yesterday my scales today are 1lb higher than yest. So read 14.9.75 (official was 14.9, mine said 14.8.75)

I was my 13 back for holiday in 5wis.

So it is a really ambitious goal. I'm not convinced I'll make it. But I want as near to it as I possibly can!!!

Today is a danger zone. Another group of friend staying tonight. And they already planned DOMINOS!! My fav!

So I'm planning on making a sw pizza instead. I'm planning on having it made and in the fridge for when it arrives so there is no question to me not having it. But it's gonna be really tough.

But I'm visualising that bikini and my wedding dress. I must loose those lbs. xx
 
Well I've had a lovely but terrible week. With a few tears laughs and eaks!

But overall not a great sw week. It's involved lots of eating out. And tomorrow I have a baby shower and sat a wedding.

So my scales are currently showing +3lbs. Which tbh means ill probably gain.

Wi this week will be a dash weigh dash. Really I don't have time. But I'm gonna whip in and get weighed. Then head off to the wedding.

I must admit all the baby and wedding excitement has made me even more excited for mine. I've ordered my veil and my invites today and yesterday did a mock up of the favours.

Cannot wait. 10months! It'll fly by! X
 
Well today was a fresh wipe the slate clean after a wonderful but dodgy week off work in the sunshine!
Green day

B 2 weetabix heb 120ml milk 1/2hea banana

L wholemeal roll heb lurpac 2 mugshot (didn't realise it was 2.5 syns :( before I ate)

D 1/2 sw pizza 11syns. Tomato onion peppers sweetcorn. 1 potato chopped and cooked in oil 1.5syns in actifry salad.

So total 17syns

So if my mug shot had been free as I thought it would be perfect.

I did go swimming and do 30lengths. I only tracked 30mins as I did float around too hahahaha!

Here to a better week :) xx
 
Sw pizza chips and salad. Omg amazing. This was half the dough recipe so 11 syns of heaven!!!

Right so here goes nothing!!!

Tomorrow starts a fresh start a new journey and a new lifestyle. One I cAn only hope to maintain forever!!!

I have signed up with a new personal trainer - lee - who specialises in weight loss - he thinks getting to my goal for my wedding is doable! Wahoo

And basically it starts with a 14 day detox. Then onto healthy natural eating. With exercise 4/5x a week.

Now as you all know me I'm sure you know how hard I find nights! How will I manage all of this :/

BUT I WILL!!!
