I'm giving weight watchers ago and its not really winning me over at the moment.. Its just confuses me. I wanted tuna pasta for lunch so went on website to work out how many points pasta would be it is said 7 points for 250grams of cooked pasta but 9 points for 90grams of dry pasta.. Can some one please help me out? Thanks :)

Cooked pasta weighs heavier than dry pasta. I weigh mine when it is cooked then portion the rest out for the family, any left overs I make a pasta salad

I always weigh pasta dry that way there's no temptation to have more when it's cooked
