They are a HE B so I guess it doesn't matter too much about syns if you use them that way.
Well worth it anyway in my opinion...I don't think 6 syns is too bad......?

they are a healthy extra which is what they are really intended for....but 6 syns if you just want one as a snack bar....most of the heb's are around 6 syns.

i love,love,love the lemon,strawberry and choc orange ones.
mint ones are nice.
toffee and pecan ok.
cranberry ones-ick but to be fair i dont like cranberries.....my hubby loves these!

Ive been having one for breakfast as my HExB.
The pecan and toffee was devine and so was the lemon.
My nan had a mint one. I got my mint one for breakfast before work tomorrow. xxx
