Doing CD, we are told not to take anything that has citric acid as it can affect ketosis (no jellies/lemon tea etc). Do you find that the citric acid has any effect on weight loss or is it down to individual metabolisms?
CD can be as high as 70g of carbs even if doing the very strict Sole Source plan so I wonder if the fat burning/carb burning balance is more easily disturbed than if only taking in 20g of carbs?
(Just trying to get my head around all of the details)
