Hiya, anyone know the syn value for a mojito? I know 35ml of white rum is 4 so I'm taking a guess at 10?

I guess it would depend how much sugar they use really? thats where the rest of the syns are going to be....the rest is just mint, lime & soda isn't it? which would be free.
Make your own & swap the sugar for sweetener to crush the mint
