    LUNCH
    Leftovers! Had a bit of jambalaya, a bit of potato and the last of the lamb tagine

    SNACK
    Fresh chopped cantaloupe melon
    2% greek yogurt (0.5)
    2 tsp honey (2)

    DINNER
    Grilled salmon
    Pan fried samphire
    Roast tomato salsa and roast butternut squash
    Tea with rest of HEA milk
    1 tsp sugar (1)
