    Diet:
    Low carb detox
    I lost 3lbs and thats without doing any excercise just taking control of my diet. This week I'm back in the gym and getting the show back on the road.

    Still debaiting which diet to try but hey, 3lbs a week just healthy eating is fine for the time being.
