Monday weigh in

Hi peeps,
I know there are quite a few of us who started last week. One of you (sorry, can't remember who) suggested a Monday weigh in, so, not being one who passes by a good idea, lets do it.

I lost 6lbs this week. Better than when I first did CD but would have been even better had I not had a bit of a hiccup yesterday (pizza & maltezers!). I'm not beating myself up about it - onwards and downwards for me!

Want to meet my next target of being under 11st by next Monday - so I need to lose 4lbs this week.

I started last Monday too and am pleased to say I too lost 6lbs this week. :D

I had a hic up last night too with a banana & some ww bread.

Good luck for next week. ;)

Hey jools congrats on the 6lb, excellent!! My first week aint going so well but get weighed on Thursday so will let you all know how I've done, to top it all off its TOTM, picks its moments to come along huh lol.
