Monday Weigh-Ins

    Hi everyone, I have lost 2.5lbs, but am a bit disappointed as if it had been 3lbs I would have reached my 2 stone goal. I reckon this last half pounds is going to be a pesky one :rolleyes:.

    How did you all do this week?

    I've put 11 lb on.But i don't care i had a really boozy weekend the first in about 18 months and i had a great time.Been carbing up since thursday.Back on ss today.It was worth it.I got in at 3am,was sick outside and inside a pub and danced the night away.I also got into a size 14 pair of jeans something that hasn't happened for 15 years.I'm down from a size 20/22.:D:D:D:D:D

    I know what you mean oldfatmum. I wanted to lose 3 lb this week to take me to 2 and a half stone off but I lost 2 lb. Daft thing I know.

    Good on you both for your losses:D. I know it's disheartening to have not made your milestones this week, but just think ahead to next week when you will have met them (easily) and then some on the way to the next one!!!

    Well done Heffa - and well done for doing the Sports Relief Mile .... I am a long way off doing something like that!

    What are you like Suemal - inside and outside the pub! Surely you should have lost some weight from that ;). Well done for getting straight back on the wagon.
