So after having a on off ride with the Cambridge diet and loosing 2stone in all it's glory 4 months later I've gained the weight back at my wits end and been given these xenical tablets that I intend to start Monday (new year and all that)

hello everyone hope all is well and please I need this diet to be successful and not just a quick fix can anyone offer any help and support
