    B: Protein shake, skinny sf vanilla latte HE A
    E: Run
    L: Grilled chicken salad, white balsamic vinegar
    Commute home: SW toffee bar HE B
    D: Omelette with grated courgette, slice of bacon, cheese HE A, slice toast HE B

    S: banana, plum, tiny carrots
    E: Run
    W: 2-3 litres
