Well I did not think I was doing so well with my weight loss but having looked back I lost 9.5lbs in June and I took my measurements today and since the beginning I have lost 34 inches!! I am so chuffed with this! My weight losses have been slower than some due to thyroid condition but I am so happy that this is working for me. I know I have a long way to go yet but I WILL GET THERE !! Thanks for all the support from all you lovely people - this is a wonderful board xxxxxxxxxxxxx
