I haven't been posting here lately, stupidly I have been going through this phase of just feeling really fat! I know it's absurd, I am smaller than I have been in about 12 years, I guess I just haven't got my head around it yet.

So I am doing the thing that always kickstarts me, adding new before and after pics!
