i'm not a great fan of veg, can't stand salads, however i do try and fit mushrooms, peppers and onions into meals where i can and when cooking mince i grate in carrots - I've been eating more and more fruit over the last 2 weeks for my 1/3 superfree and wondered if this could be affecting my weight loss - put on last 2 weeks and really struggling as to why, thinking of switching back to WW as i know that inside out. Don't get a chance to ask C at meeting as the group is huge and she is new.....could i be eating too much fruit? ate a full pineapple yesterday and a full punnet of cherries today as well as clementines
