    Hi
I've ordered my books but I've already made a start on Atkins. A few things are not quite clear to me, sorry.
I think meat, fish and eggs are completely free (reasonable amounts). 20 carbs of other stuff per day. Do I have to include things like mayonnaise and salad dressing in the 20 carbs? Can I have Atkins bars during induction wnd would they be in the 20 carbs as well? Which Atkins or other ready products are allowed during induction.

    Thanks
    Linda

Linda, hi. You need to count the carbs from everything and you shouldn't be doing the bars during induction. Oh and no nuts during induction, well according to the '72 version.

Most of the bars are ok on induction now, it says so on them. The ones that are will say which phases they are ok for. Just make sure you read the packaging.
Try not to have too many of them though, they give you a squiffy tummy if you have more than one a day and it is better to try and get your carbs from veg.

    xx
