aww alison!!! well make sure and stick around here though and let us know how it works out for you! i dont really see how it would be much of a problem especially seen as the shakes have 20g of carbs in them each, i actually missed out one today and had a few spoonfulls of potatoes... ooops lol but i cant see the carbs being too much higher than 20g for the amount i ate!
sheshela i know there is hope lol if i can lose the weight then anyone can, i have so not got an ounce of willpower but im managing ok on this, not perfect and maybe not as easy as i found it at the start but its coming off slowly but surely!
