Morning food blues?

Am I the only one who wakes up and instantly realises that the day is another day without eating, and feels miserable?

It gives me the morning blues!!
 
I don't wake up thinking of the not eating but there is usually a point where I do think I could eat something - mind saying that I've just started week three and loving the bars - I feel like its my own little treat!
 
with you on that I miss my doorstep toast with butter and marmite sigh!
 
I wake up and just miss the choice of not being able to eat. Mid you, seeing how chocolate was usually the first thing I ate in the morning, it's no surprise I miss it!
 
I find that I just want water. I tend to have my first meal around lunch time, but then I never was much of a breakfast person. It's a habit I need to get out of.
 
know what your talking about. Day 5 just passed on my zillionth restart and "no nice food" depression starting to kick in:cry:Just have to hang in there as I've tried every other method and this one is the only one i seem to be able to half stick to!!:p
