Good morning lovelies

Do you know, I think crackerbreads are going to be my saviour on dd's - 19 cals each!

Saying that I do love 'em smothered in butter to! So they'll be a regular on ud's too :)

Have a great day today, whether up or down.

I'm dd today. I'm hungry, but will try and hold out as long as poss

Also - I resisted the scales this morning. Yay me!!

Hi all

Today was super busy at work, although not busy enough to not notice my empty tummy - boy was I hungry!!!

I'm going to have to look through the dd food ideas thread - all ive had today is a banana, huge bowel of salad from tescos, a whole 300g pack of cherry toms and 9 crackerbreads. Not remotely filling or appitising in the slightest. Need something bit more substantial - only got 383 to play with. Cocked up really with the banana - 90 cals, almost 25% of my dailies.

At least I've got my up day tomorrow to look forward :)

How's everyones day been? Some good losses I see.... Will have a proper read through the threads now - that should get me through the next couple of hours

Also - one question. As my weight goes down (fingers crossed) do I need to keep recalculating my dd and ud allowances? If so, how often?

Those crackerbreads are lovely with extra light cheese spread and marmite :)

I can't see me spending 80cals on 2 pieces of dry bread, they will not make me full at all, I prefer to cook low cal real food and fill a plate with it so I can make sure i fill my tummy, but I would totally have them if I was stuck or maybe with some soup if I had enough cals left.
