Hi all, hope you can help me.
I am on my first week of slimming world, found it easy so far but have come across something that is really high in syns I think.
Morrisons 2 cod portions in butter sauce.
When I manually calculate it it is telling me 14.5 for the whole two portions, and yet Cod in parsley sauce is only 2 per portion. Am I doing this right.
